Hello! I'm 'Nette, welcome to the Journey with the Desert, where I will be sharing my journey in transforming my desert property.

I recently purchased property in California's high desert. In an attempt to slow down and not think about many different possibilities, I have created this blog. While I can do anything, I cannot do everything!

Realistically, this may take me many years before I can make this place livable. I hope you stick around, or at least visit every once in a while to see whats up.

Additionally, I will be featuring an online store to help fund this project - digital prints, or one of a kind sewing projects.
